Hi, I am Elsje
A Paediatric Occupational Therapist and qualified Girls Club Teacher with a passion for supporting children to grow into confident, resilient and emotionally healthy young people.
I believe that teaching girls simple mindfulness techniques alongside practical knowledge, equips them with tools to navigate live's challenges with confidence, resilience and kindness towards themselves and others.
My hope is that every girl leaves Girls' Club feeling seen, supported and empowered-knowing that her body is something to celebrate, that her voice matters, and that she is never alone on her journey.
Proud to be one of 150+ Certified Girls Club Teachers worldwide and the first to bring Girls Club to Ireland.
WHERE GIRLS CLUB BEGAN
Girls Club was started by Annie Wolf, founder of Girls Club Global, a former elementary school teacher and passionate girls' educator. She developed the Girls Club curriculum to help girls understand their bodies, feel prepared for the changes ahead and to celebrate the power of being a girl.
