Girls Club
What is Girls Club?
Girls Club is a small-group, five-week beginner series designed to teach girls the basics of female anatomy, puberty and body safety, while encouraging them to recognise their bodies as the amazing gift they are.
Girls meet once a week for a 90-minute meet-up, with each session combining age-appropriate education with mindfulness, connection and self-love practices.

Our Bodies

Week 5

Our time together
Every 90-minute Girls Club meet up follows a familiar rhythm, creating a comfortable and predictable space where girls can learn, connect and reflect.
Journaling
Every session begins with time to reflect. Girls are invited to slow down, process their thoughts, and connect with themselves through guided journaling.
Self-Love Activity
We finish with a practical well-being activity. Sessions include activities that helps girls strengthen their self-love muscles, build confidence. and celebrate themselves.
Circle Time
Girls learn best when they feel safe, seen, and supported!
This time to connect includes:- A greeting
- A positive affirmation
- A check-in
- A breathing exercise
Lesson
Each week we explore an age-appropriate topic related to growing up. Lessons are informative, interactive and designed to make conversations about bodies and puberty feel natural rather than awkward or embarrassing.
